Nudie Jeans is a Swedish denim brand founded in 2001 by Maria Erixon Levin and Joakim Levin in Gothenburg, Sweden. The brand is renowned for its commitment to sustainability, transparency, and high-quality denim products.
Building the brand on strong values with sustainability and human rights at the core – this is what they set out to do and continue to do so more than twenty years later. Beyond fair wages, organic cotton, and transparency, they also wanted to create a community that cares.
Nudie Jeans began repairing jeans as early as 2007 because each pair is meant to be “forever jeans”—the kind you repair, not replace. Today, Nudie Jeans Repair Shops are places to get your jeans fixed (for free), resold, or donated to Nudie Jeans’ recycling program—all to create vintage, not garbage.
Following their original concept, Nudie is now introducing the Denim Kiosk. A compact, multifunctional retail concept designed to serve as a store, repair shop, and local fulfillment center. The first Denim Kiosk opened in April 2025 at 9 Club Row in Shoreditch, London.
This initiative reflects Nudie Jeans’ dedication to sustainable fashion and customer engagement by integrating retail and repair services within a community-focused space.
