PacSun teamed with Pinterest for a series of experiences that support the launch of the “Better in Baggy” fall 2024 ad campaign focused on baggy denim.

Oh and btw, didn’t we mention in our feature yesterday?!? Baggy jeans are really a thing…

The “Better in Baggy” campaign celebrates the return of baggy denim, focusing on comfort and individuality. The ad campaign is inspired by youth culture and self-expression. Specifically emphasizing baggy loose and wide-leg jeans, which have become a major trend.

The campaign follows a young group of friends through New York City and upstate New York, showcasing PacSun’s newest baggy denim fits.

“Our fall campaign is a celebration of self-expression and individuality. We’re introducing a larger collection of novelty embellished denim, due to overwhelming demand for those styles from our community. The pieces are designed to empower our customers to express themselves through style, especially as they head back to school,” said Addie Rintel, vice president women’s merchandising and design at PacSun. “It’s also really inspiring to see how The PacSun Collective brought this creative vision to life.”

In addition to showcasing baggy fits, the campaign also introduces a new range of embellished denim styles for women. Jeans featuring unique details like rhinestones and novelty patches. Also, check out those cool leopard print baggies in the image above!

PacSun also collaborated with Pinterest to create interactive store displays and digital marketing initiatives. The aim is to engage their audience through visual inspiration and shoppable content.
